 PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the overwhelming demand of our watercolor prints sale, our current order processing time is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind, this is in addition to postal transit times. We're working as quickly as possible to get orders out and sincerely appreciate your patience!

  • All artwork is printed-to-order. Once we have processed and prepared your order for shipping, we are unable to make any changes.
  • We typically process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days from the time of payment. Occasionally it may take longer if we have a big surge in our volume of sales, but often times it is quicker [During the Holidays, we will post our holiday shipping deadlines]. You will be notified via email when your order ships - please see our Shipping section below for transit estimates [which indicate how long your order is estimated to take to get delivered to you once we get it shipped].
  • If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.
  • Please ensure that you have a SAFE location for your order to be delivered to. We have no control over and are not responsible for stolen or damaged packages that result from being shipped to an insecure location. If a package sits outside for a long period of time or in an unsafe location, it could potentially be stolen, broken or opened.

 

Items are shipped within one business day via Royal Mail. All of my Prints are packaged in a protective sleeve enclosed in a hard backed envelope which states 'Please Do Not Bend'

A3 size and larger items comes in a postal tube.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard international airmail. Delivery usually takes between 5-45 Business days occasionally slightly longer.

If you require a TRACKING NUMBER please purchase the shipping upgrade with your order. The tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you love your artwork but returns are accepted within a 14 day period providing we receive the returned item in perfect resalable condition and in its original packaging. Please contact us to confirm that you will be returning an item and retain your 'proof of posting' receipt. refund will be given less the original postage cost and buyer pays the cost to return the item. Thank you for your custom.

No portion of the artists works or statements may be used, downloaded, reproduced using any means, copied, linked to, or transferred electronically, without prior written permission from the artist. Sale of this print does not transfer copyright.
